  Black and Silver Rides follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

• Children's Information

  Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

  Black and Silver Rides does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Terms and Conditions

• Cancellations & Changes

  Black and Silver Rides understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, your request must be received in writing at info@blackandsilverrides.com before the scheduled pick-up. Unless otherwise agreed upon or provided in writing, the following applies:

  For local service in the Denver metropolitan area, we generally accept cancellations on Sedan and SUV airport transfers (48) hours before the scheduled pick-up time, minus a 3% processing fee.

  For ANY (all vehicle types) reservation totaling $500 or more, Black and Silver Rides recommends purchasing travel insurance independently or using travel insurance provided by your credit card company.

  Cancellation Policies for reservations totaling $500 or more:

  • 30-14 Day Policy: 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before your reservation. 25% refund if you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation.
  • 14-7 Day Policy: 25% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before your reservation. No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before your reservation.

  Black and Silver Rides reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to local conditions (i.e., weather), event, vehicle type, and market area.

  Time changes made with less than the required notice above will still result in additional and possibly full charges.

  Example: At 1:30 pm, a requested change in pick-up time from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm will result in a full charge for the 2:00 pm trip and a new charge for the 4:00 pm trip.

• Arrival Time

  Black and Silver Rides and its Drivers prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time. However, road, traffic, and weather conditions are often beyond the reasonable control of the company and the Driver. No refunds can be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the reasonable control of the company or Driver.

• Passenger Conduct

  Black and Silver Rides reserves the right to refuse to transport persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the Driver feels threatened in any way. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle. Client shall not interfere with the Driver in discharging their duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle. In such instances, services will be terminated immediately, and Black and Silver Rides will offer no refunds.

• Excess Cleaning & Damage

  If during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting, prohibited smoking, excessive trash), the company, at its discretion, will charge the client additional fees to cover such expense. The minimum clean-up fee is $250. Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.

  Smoking Strictly Prohibited

  Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge. Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client.

• Additional Charges

  Wait Time: If a Driver has to wait more than 15 minutes, there will be an extra charge hourly depending on the vehicle type per quarter-hour increments.

• Stops

  Extra stops are charged a minimum of $15 per “en-route” stop and include a maximum 10-minute wait period at the stop. Additional wait time is charged at the prevailing hourly rate in quarter-hour increments.

• Other Charges

  Other charges include reimbursement for tolls, parking and airport, licensing and event fees, WiFi, and client-requested incidentals and amenities.

• Meet & Greet Services

  On request, meet & greet services will be charged at $54 per hour with a 1-hour minimum.

• Staff Accommodations

  On occasions that require overnight travel for drivers, onsite coordinators, or other client-dedicated staff, lodging, and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client. A per diem may be applied in addition to lodging expenses.
